Root i need some guidence please

ok so i have had my phone rooted for a while now and have been using Gummy jar as my rom.. i have rom manager installed allong with titanium backup and bootstrap. i was wonderin if i could go back to the original setup on my phone and still have it rooted and be able to still use wireless tether. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. thank you
 
If you created a backup prior to flashing your current ROM you should be able to reboot into recovery and restore that back-up. If you didn't, then you'll have to SBF back to stock and root using Z4ROOT or any other tool you prefer.
 
Go into your files explorer (whatever you may use) and look for the "clockwork" folder and see if there are any backups in it.
