i need some help guys

A while back i used odin to root my phone. I have since gotten a mac...what do i need to do to be able to flash an ICS rom ....hell I'm not even sure if i have CWM. Im pretty sure the root i did was just to root it nothing else.

if anyone has a link i can read up for macs that would show step by step that would be awesome ...if need be i can use a pc at work and use odin.

Any help would be great ...

Try downloading mobile Odin. There's a pro version on the market and there is also a lite version if you Google it. You can flash roms directly from the phone without a PC.
