Help I need some help. My phone keeps bring up the loading bar and sync when i press the home button.

When ever i'm on a game or online and then hit the home button, the loading bar pops up and then says there are no new updates. This seems to happen since the update a few days ago.

My first thought would be to Factory Reset since I don't know of any setting that would cause this behavior. Can you screen shot it though so I understand exactly what you are talking about?
