I need some help with samsung mobile tracker

Hey guys.First of all I must tell you that I have a samsung galaxy s plus with android 2.3.6.Now I'm adressing to samsung galaxy phones possesors.I have recently discovered the lovely function offered by samsung called "MobileTrack" so I decided to try it.I have made a samsung account and ticked the mobile tracker in settings but that's all about it.According to samsung's site I should tick a "Remote control" option found in settings>location and security.However that's all I have there:

I must also syncronize with a samsung account but I'm unable to do that.Whn I try to do it that's all I get:
