i need some help

hi their everyone!! I have been trying for a while to root my samsung galaxy s sch-950c running 2.3.6, i read also its called i900 or something. but i have tried z4, and a few others. i have tried odin but i cant install the drivers.or find them for my phone. i am also qiut new to rooting. could someone help me out please.
