I need to allow pop ups

My credit union does not have a great mobile app yet so for online bill pay I have to go on the web via the browser. The CU web site uses a pop up when I click on "on line bill pay" but my phones browser won't allow the pop up. On the lap top its easy, on the Photon I have no clue, any ideas? Thanks.
 
Since you don't identify the browser, I suppose you are using the stock browser?

Browser->Menu->More->Settings
Uncheck Block pop-up windows
