Root i need to modify the ROM before upgrade.

Hi,

Apparently the update for the HTC sensation 4g is rolling out tomorrow, i need to know a few things i havent been able to find a How To so if anybody could add some links would be appresiated.

What i wanna do is download the ROM for ICS then modify it so i can remove anything i bont want like every Tmobile app they sure added, i wanna get rid of Sense too and made sure to add an unlock firmware so i keep sim unlock.

Sim unlock is the most important thing here, i can not afford update ROM and get stock unable to use any sim here like it happen to iphones.

Just soff, root, and flash a custom Rom, you won't be able to just remove sense and the they have unlocked firmwares.
