The table keeps showing a message
unfortunately, secret lock has stopped

When I press OK it comes again.
I made factory reset (power +key) but that didn't solve the problem. What should I do to fix it?
I installed antivirus it found 7 threats, but it didn't remove it because it become from the vendor applications.
Is there a firmware image for excite at7-B? Please reply with download link.
