Help I partitioned my 32 gb sd card now i can't dl

Please help me.

I've rooted my phone just fine. Love it!
But I also decided to partition my 32 gb sd card because even with aps2sd I get the annoying "low on internal storage" and cannot download larger apps.
Anyway, I partitioned the card using minitool. I made sure to list both parts as "primary". The first section I allocated for media and used FAT32, the second I used for apps and use ext2.
Once I was done, according to the instructions for minitool, everything was fine. But now I STILL can't download any apps and I can't located all the apps that I saved to the cloud to put back on my phone.
Where did I mess up? Any tips?

MiniTool does NOT work for partitioning your card for phone use..... You need to partition your card IN THE PHONE via CWM or SDParter....... You only can use MiniTool to format your sd-card back to an all FAT32 partition if you want to start over or use your card for something else !

EDIT : There is a problem with ext3 and ext4 ! The phone uses ext4, but MiniTool identifies the card as ext3.... In any case, I tried all and MiniTool does not work for partitioning a card that is used in the Prevail......

Ok, thank you so much for the advice. As you can tell I am a noob. I am going to give it another try. But to be clear, you're saying I should only use ext3 when partitioning? Don't use FAT32 at all?

NO...... that's NOT what I am saying......

I said, use MiniTool to delete all current partition on your sd-card and create with MiniTool ONE FAT32 partition...... then put the card in your phone and use CWM Recovery to create your partition ( which will be an ext4 ).... alternatively, you can also use SDParter to create several partitions on your sd-card.....SDParter is part of CTMod3.75.2..... Located at "Settings>>>CTMod Settings>>>Partition Info" !!!

I know what vce2005 is talking about.
1: Use minitool to partition everything to FAT32
2: go into cwm recovery, and partition the sdcard to ext4 (You can also use TWRP to make the partition size as big as you want.)
3: After you've partitioned it, you should flash a ROM so that it'll work. If you flash a rom without an sd-ext partition, it won't move anything to sd-ext if you partition it later.
I know this should work, cause I've done this with my own 16GB sdcard. Hope I helped you!

its really easy. im a noob i understand it lol. just do this:
1) Boot into CWM
2) >Advanced
3) >Partition SD Card
4) Select the size (its in mbs. 1,000 mb = 1 gb)
5) Select 0 for the next option
and let that run and reboot system. (this wipes everything on SD Card)
