I put the SD card from my rooted optimus m into my F 6, and found these

I had rooted my optimus m with GingerBreak and installed cm7. I later did a factory reset on the phone, but it looks like the stuff was still left on the SD card.

I found this when I put the SD card in my F6 and was looking around via file manager.

What will happen if I open any of these? I'm asking before doing it because I don't want to do something that will accidentally mess up my phone.

It depends on what they are. Pictures, videos, music, stuff you put on the card? Nothing, they'll play, display, etc. Files you don't recognize? Run a good virus scanner on the card, then run Malwarebytes on the card. Then, if I were you, I'd format the card anyway.

(Factory reset doesn't reset the card on all phones.)
