How do I delete pictures and screen shots.

Gallery in your apps list, you should see everything from camera pics, to downloads, to screenshots

Long press the picture you want to delete and you should see the option to delete

Long press the picture you want to delete and you should see the option to delete

And if you want to delete a number of photos/videos, when you open the gallery and see thumbnails of the images, you can long-press on one of them and a selection appears on the top of the screen. You can then select several images with a simple tap on each, then Delete several at once.
