Hello, yongyao.. Sorry to hear that - you will need to check in with the kind folks over @ your device's support forum for assistance with this problem.

The best place to get started would be in the forum for your specific device model. Select it from the list on the Home Page and join your device's area of support.

If you can't find it, then tell us what device you have and we'll point you in the right direction.

Thanks for joining us here. Best of luck.

Sounds like you've got an Ace:

Good luck. :)

okay thanks very much.... so its dead?

Sorry you're still uncertain about the device's condition, yongyao. I'm thinking that it may be "bricked," another word for "dead," but we don't have enough information to be sure of that.

Do you have access to a store with a technician that can check it for you? They may need to use a "USB jig" to gain access to the boot loader:

Im sorry that im asking too much questions... one last question... do u noe if shingapore sell this type of things?

It is very difficult to know availability of something like a USB jig in various places around the world. I'm thinking that it probably is in Singapore because that country has a lot of technology/smartphone resources.

Also, I know I suggested the USB jig as a possible remedy for your serious issue, but I should also caution you that only technicians should attempt to use a USB jig. I'd hate to have you make such an attempt and then end up with the situation even worse or unrecoverable, which can happen.

As I asked you in an earlier post, do you have access to a technician at a device store who can help you with the USB jig?
