100%Is the phone still working OK
I made sure not to plug it in to the charger for a few hours after just in case. I made phone calls nearly immediately after being in the pool with no problems.I wonder if I'm brave enough to use mine on my holidays in a few weeks

My S7 went into the swimming pool, now it doesn't work..what can I do to fix it?"
My Samsung Galaxy S6 went into the swimming pool, now it doesn't work..what can I do to fix it?. Samsung Service won't authorize my repair because of water damage."I've seen the ads on TV, and wasn't the S6 supposed to be waterproof as well?
Again, I'm sure it was in Android Questions:

The jumping part is my problem. It may have been safe this time but I wouldn't do it again. As far as I can tell, the IP68 rating is for softly flowing water, not a high pressure blast which may be mimicked by jumping into the water.I decided to test the S7's waterproofness and took some undre-water photos and a slo-mo video while jumping in a pool. The photos came out great I think and the video was cool too. And my phone still works like new.

Not sure where you'd get that info. That was one of the biggest complaints on the S6 after it was announced, that water proofing was removed.I've seen the ads on TV, and wasn't the S6 supposed to be waterproof as well?
