Root I think I broke my HTC V... HELP!

I followed the directions to root my HTC Evo V (along with the video provided) and got to the very end, and then bam, I'm stuck and can't find an explanation. I am currently on the green screen titled "Team Win Recovery Project" and there are two problems:

1. I don't know how to flash the jmzstock zip. I clicked the top button on the "ROMS" folder and went to that, but I don't see how to choose that one as my flash choice. I'm new to this, sorry.

2. Second, my back button is no longer working, I think I disabled it somehow when I was trying to figure out how to number 1.

I've gotten this far, please help!

use the volume buttons to go down and up and the power button to select... you did not break your phone... everything is how it is supposed to be...

Yea navigate to where you downloaded the ROM then hit the power button to select it.
