Help I think I royally screwed up

I think I royally screwed up. I think I downloaded the FBI virus, via an .apk Now, after I enter my passcode, it goes straight to the "FBI" message screen. I can touch and slide the bar at the top of the page, but won't let me do anything else. I know that it was a Windows malware at first, but it seems now, someone has figured out how to do it with the Android system. I need some help, QUICKLY!!!!

Thanks. While waiting on a response, I did some digging around, and found a solve. Pretty much what the second article sais. Power up in Safe Mode. I remembered the apk name. I was able to delete the apk, and re-power up. It seems to be okay. I'll let you know if it happens again. Thanks for your help.

Really, Mikestony. Didn't want to have to take it to a shop for the fix.
