Root I want to send my phone back to lg

I want to send my phone back to lg I unrooted by deleted superuser.apk and su.apk, because i want to send it back to lg because im under warranty and want to recieve the z4 update without all doing all this stuff i dont understand, will they be able to tell i rooted, i went to root check basic says phone is not rooted? Oh yeah its a boost phone
 
can someone please point me in the way of getting it all back to normal would a master reset do this? i have 40 days to send it to them
