Help i want to stop getting continues upgrades...

Guys...I m fed up with the continues upgrades...
In one minute it shows me more then 10-12 upgrades as notification...
I have not installed those apps..still it is showing me to install...Helll...

FRIENDS..I want to stop those alert...some1help me as soon as possible...!!!

That sounds new to me. Have you tried turning off the background data?

Settings -> Accounts and sync settings -> untick 'Background data'

Some apps needs that data to be activated. I recommend you to turn it off when you don't need/use internet. It will save you batt
