If I plug my Samsung Intercept into a computer that has viruses to charge will the viruses transfer over to my phone?

I doubt it. Most viruses are designed for specific operating systems. You should have a wall charger anyway. My phone came with an adapter.

No. Different operating systems handle data completely differently. A virus on Windows won't affect a Linux based system.
