Apps I would like to make a daily message app...

I have a 30 day inspiration that I would like to make into an app.

I would like the app to start giving me a daily reminder and give me one of the messages a day. I would like to be able to schedule when the app starts the daily messages. And keep track of my progress,

Any suggestions?
