i have i5700 hang in samsung logo and when i put phone in downloding mode my pc cant dectect phone pr

have you installed usb driver on your pc?

Correct!! Your PC will not detect you phone.
Only Odin can detect your phone when you put it in Download mode.

If you're trying to update using Odin, then checkout my Root me baby one more time
for things to check when odin does not detect phone.
