Help i5700r Rogers Baseband Odin

I've got a i5700R stock from Rogers, and was wondering how I could go about making a backup to .tar of the baseband, CSC, PDA, and boot files for future use in Odin, in case I decide to reset to factory defaults in the future after getting 2.1. If that's not possible, how would I go about returning to factory defaults otherwise?

Baseband: I5700UXJA8
CSC/PDA: I5700UXJA8/I5700UXJA2

If anyone has experience doing this please lend a fellow Canadian a hand.

I'm on Fido and my phone has baseband JD1.

It's part of the JH6 pack at samfirmwares.
