I can't get onto my ice contacts from locked screen what so do I need add? I really want someone to be able to very then in case of emergency. I have a Droid razor HD.

That depends on the locker you use. Some of them allow you to put quick phone call icons on them. Look around the Play store for lockers, and see which one you like.
