Icon Dissapearing Issue?

I have recently encountered a new issue. From time to time, all my icons disappearing from my screens. I can still scroll through the pages, and bring up my menu drawer, but nothing there. Can't seem to shake it. Have to power-down and then back up to fix the issue.

Only new install is the Good News/Weather widget.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions? Annoying.

Jonny I have had this happen twice. I have no idea what causes it, and I also have to power cycle the phone to fix it. I've got lots of stuff on my phone, not sure what would cause this though.

Do you have a home replacement like Home++?

You might have gone to your original home screen (if you don't have any icons on it).

Same thing has happened many times to me, whether I'm using the 2.1 Launcher or Panda Home....

usually I will click the power button to turn the screen off, wait a minute, then unlock and icons are usually back on....

Not sure if I've got too many apps on my Droid, which I probably do, but sometimes it is a little frustrating....
