That could be any number of messaging apps.

so we get this question almost every day. the problem is that there just too many apps out there that have notification icons. i mean we are talking about a millions of apps worth!!!! so unless it is something like facebook or youtube, most of the time all we can do is guess.

or you can just ask the person what it is.....not an easy thing.....i know.

this does look like some kind of messaging app as @Dannydet suggested.
