I had to factory reset my phone due it being lagging. Before I had my profile picture when I drag down the notification bar. How do I get that back?

Assuming you have your google account logged in, it should populate itself back eventually.

You can also double click on the generic profile picture and it will open a settings menu and from there you can select and set a pic for your status bar profile picture.
