Icon pack

I found a gingerbread icon pack for use with LP and ADW. Here's the link

I seem to be unable to create a custom shortcut as I can't find the icons in the gallery despite them being on my SD card. Am I missing something?

I've found that when I manually download or transfer pics to my device via usb, I then have to either sync my device or reboot it before they show up in the gallery.
