Help icon still appearing in menu

am facing problem i have uninstalled the app but it is still visible in menu bar i have restarted my cell twice..but it still there

Go to your menu,hit the left hardware key and go to settings,and see if there's an option to reset.

I also faced this problem 2-3 times and only solution is to do a factory reset. I am sure your problem will be solved.

Change your launcher to ADW, Go, Nemus, Xperia S, Holo or any other you like
Personally I recommend ADW or Holo

Ok,I found the solution for this.Press the left hardware button when on homescreen and select "rearrange" and press ok.Those icons will be gone.
