Root Icon theme app that works with Sense Launcher

While searching around XDA I found a great app a bit ago(requires Xposed Installer) that will apply icon themes even when using the Sense (Rosie) launcher. Yes it even themed some of the icons in the settings menu.

Please note that I didn't develop this app, simply posting a link to the supported thread.
