I've attached a picture. There is a notification icon that will not disappear. No other notification icons work now. I've turned my phone on and off.. I've tried to generate other notifications to flood this one out, but none work. I haven't installed any new apps recently. Anyone else experienced this problem??

Facebook is the only one I've changed in the last 24 hours, but I changed it back and it still doesn't work. My phone doesn't even vibrate or notify when I get a text message!!! Something is broken... Is there any way to reset the notifications? I've never had any problem like this on an Android phone...

Ah!!! I've tried everything... I've purposefully generated about 15 notifications to try and flush it out, I've soft reset my phone, cleared the cache, uninstalled new apps... I can't tell what to do! I'll have to master reset my phone!

DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!! I wish I knew that before... I just master reset my phone, and it still didn't go away. But now I know. Thanks for your help :( PS: screenshot attached.

And it was in Chinese or something... But I changed it back. Yeah that "Notifications" option was turned off, so I turned it back on and it worked :( Thanks!
