So 1. Can I change icons without rooting?
2. Could you recommend my one of those cool weather widgets?

Can change icons using folder organizer lite from the market. Dunno about weather... weatherbug, snowstorm maybe

Downloaded, still dont understand hos to change icons. Any tutorial?

E: found a way but you only can see icon in folder organizator, but i wanted for homescreen.

Right basically you change the icon in folder organizer as youve found. can use any png file like I do. Then you go to widgets on homescreen and choose folder organizer item or label whichever you want.

You can use a few programs...better cut is another. Pretty sure you don't need to be rooted for that.
