Help Icons Instead of Thumbnails

I posted this same question on May 8 but haven't gotten a response.
Maybe I should just call Samsung.
When I view the contents of the phone on my =computer the pictures are displayed as Icons instead of thumbnails.

Any way to fix this??

It depends on your computers operating system and file mangers' image format support. Need that info to get to the root of your issue.

The OS is Windows 8 and it supports all the formats that I have on the tablet.
