icons not loading

There's a couple apps that seem to "lose" their icons. I download them, move the icon to where I want it, then a few minutes later the app icon will turn into the little android icon. The app still works, but the name under them is "loading" for all of them. I've tried reinstalling and restarting, but they keep changing back.

I take it their installed on the phone internal SD and not on an external SD card (even though I'm starting to think that's impossible...)?
