Help ICS 4.0.3 - 3 UK network settings access

Hi, I am having problems finding the place where I can make changes to the settings for things like "show/hide phone number" etc. In Gingerbread it used to be under Network (I think) and you could queery and change these settings. In ICS I cannot find it anywhere - maybe I am blind? I am on a Nexus S i9023 on Three UK. Any pointers would be appreciated.

1. Press the Phone symbol from the Home screen
2. Settings button & select 'Settings'.
3. Under Other Call Settings select 'Additional Settings'
4. Caller ID
