ICS after I end a call

Every time I end a call now .....running ICS I get the message

"No personal energency contacts. After you add contacts to the personal emergency conatct group in contacts your personal emergency contacts will be shown"

Had the phone for about 2 weeks and has never done this till today. It just went back to the home screen and locked.

Its a galaxy S3, Would love to know how to stop it

Not sure why it is taking you to that screen but obviously it's suggesting you add a emergency contact to the phone which is a good idea anyway. Just add one or several and see if the message goes away or changes.
