Help ICS and Ringtones

My custom ringtones made from Myxer.com no longer work after ICS software upgrade. I have already done a factory reset. Anybody else having this issue? Is there a fix?

this link may give you some clarity, however you may need to remake the ringtones if you really want them.

Thanks for the response. The files in question are MP3, just 25 seconds of a song. I spoke with Motorola and they are looking in to it.
