Help Ics: Bad scrolling??

Downloaded ICS yesterday, and ever since scrolling has been an issue. It's not smooth like it was before with GB. It doesn't matter if I'm scrolling in an app, browser, etc. it's choppy. If I barely flick it, it doesn't scroll, and if I flick it harder it scrolls to far. Anybody else have this problem?

Some people have said to give the operating system some time, and if it continues after 4 or 5 boot cycles do a factory reset.

I've cycled the phone at least a dozen times, deleted and reinstalled apps, and finally even did a complete factory reset. Nothing has helped. Any more suggestions???

You might have an app thats screwing with it. Disable all your apps, then re enable them one at a time, and see if you can identify the one causing the issue.

After doing the factory reset and before installing apps, I scrolled using the web browser and still had the same problem. Tried doing a reset again and same thing. I went ahead and reinstalled my apps with no fix.

Same problem here. Scrolling definitely "sticky" and inconsistent. The very first thing I noticed after the upgrade and it crosses most apps from what I can tell, for sure multiple browsers. I do run GoLauncher but exiting that did not help. Otherwise the upgrade is great. Any additional thoughts appreciated.
