ICS - Blocking Data

Is there any way to block all 3g data usage except for the unlimited items in my plan which are Facebook, Myspace and Twitter?

Which device do you have?
On my Galaxy Nexus, if you go into Setting and Data Usage, you can restrict how much data an app uses (or reverts to wifi).

Ahh... I have this problem with my older phone where there is just no option to turn it off. Maybe if you install some sort of program etc into your phone it might allow you to do that. There's nothing really on restricting specific usage that I know of.
