False. Motorola isn't telling us anything about the progress on ICS (presumably because Verizon won't let them). So officially their still at stage 1, because they have to be somewhere. We will get 4 weeks after the GSM Razr gets it, at the latest.
Look at the list. Every single Verizon device is at stage 1, while the non-Verizon versions for many of them have expected dates. Unless you think Moto just decided to not bother with ANY phone on Verizon, they're working on it in parallel with the non-Verizon phones and not allowed to post anything about it. Expect the update on the Verizon version shortly after the global version.
