Help ICS contact photo?

I have upgraded to ICS and change the contact photos to 256X256 resolution. The contact photos look fine in thumbnail. When click on it, I get the contact photo in landscape mode where I can see only part of the face not the whole photo.

How to fix it?

How to fix it?

I don't think it's fixable unfortunately; it's just one of the 'tweaks' that Google tried but doesn't work out depending on how the photo has been taken =/
