Help ICS data issues

Ive come from a bionic where i tried several different phones, new sims, e erything and anything you can think of. Now that ics has come out on the razr they sent me this and said it would be the solution..well thats not the case. This phone does it too...cannot hold 4g..or 3g...it changes wildly from full 3g, down to one bar, up to half then kicks into 4g at half strength then down to one bar then nothing, then back to 3g....i live .48 miles from three different 4g towers, flat terrain, minimal trees mostly fields. When i drive closer to the tower it will hold full 4g.

Verizon is sending me another new razr e en though i insisted it cant possibly help. Ive been to level 2 vzw te hs, and level 2 moto reps. No ideas from either of them...this has been going on for over a year now.

Even when the phone is holding 2 bars 4g it wont bring up web pages.

Any ideas at all?

My wife and I were both losing data a lot with our Maxx's. Since I've been running ICS (almost 2 weeks), I've only lost data once.

Well..i did a factory reset and i can goto pages now but still the wild signal flucuation. I can watch the bars dance and it flash between blue and white icons, 3g to 4g to nothing.

Oddly enough when i was on the bionic with the. 902 software i think it was finally working pretty good. After the recent. 905 it all went to crap.

When i recieved this razr it still had gingerbread on it and i was having the same issues. And no better with ics.
