Help ICS Default

Hey, does anyone know how I can change the system lockscreen and home ui to look like ics. I dont want a launcher. I want to fully change it off of lg3.

We have the lg motion and im sure he is wanting black menu and contacts. as do i.

Download a different launcher like Holo launcher, nova launcher, apex launcher.
