When I open my Dialer, and swipe to "Favorites", I have 2 pictures up there and a list of numbers below the pics. How on earth can I change the pictures? I don't even like these people LOL.

ICS -How do I change "Favorite" Pictures?

Then why are they listed under "Favorites"? 
Click on the little people icon in the lower right corner
of the picture.
An ever larger picture will appear.
Click on the menu key (lower left on phone) and choose Edit
Now the picture will show up small and on the right side of the screen.
Choose "Remove Photo"
