Root ICS MMS Fix Evo 3d ROMS

I was just reading the thread to do this a couple days ago and now for the life of me can't find it.

I want to flash CoolICS then fix the mms for virgin mobile.

Had something to do with pulling framework-res.apk and modifying some lines iirc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to swap out the apns.xml file located in framework-res.apk. Just grab one from a sense rom

Alternatively (This is easier for some.)

Open the dialer, and dial ##DATA#

Hit "Edit Mode"

Enter MSL code.

Go to advanced

and you'll see MMS server URL.

change it to http://mmsc.vmobl.com:8088/mms?

and you'll be set..
