Help ics problem please help

i got a notification today saying that ics was available...i did a factory reset and swithced it on and checked for updates, it says your device is up to date...what do i do now ?

Just keep checking I guess. Should have installed it then did a factory reset after it was updated.

should have done it...deeply regret it..i lost all my data...i had customized my razr so well according to my needs...now its all gone...all this for nothing..

Do a factory reset after you get the update. You can try and force the update by going to settings>about phone>system updates

Diano, when i force the update in that way, it says your device is uptodate
