Help ICS Quick Settings question

I travel back and forth between Canada and the US a lot so am manually turning off my data to make sure I don't get charged for Canadian data usage. I also keep my GPS turned off unless I need it to save battery life. I always used the swipe down "Quck Setting" menu to shut these on and off but GPS has disappeared from the menu with the ICS upgrade. They added some other useful links but I would like to have the GPS link back. Anyone know if there is a way to edit this screen to add or subtract things you need or don't need? So far I can't figure out a way.

Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your question, but you could add widgets to the home screen to turn things on and off.

I do not believe the Quick settings are editable on Sense. As Gonzo recommended, your best bet may be to add a widget on your homescreen.
