Root ICS rom with working 3d and hdmi out

Yes, there are a ton of ICS roms with those features. I recommend Mobster's Lite, but unSENSEable, dakman's, negalite, etc. all have 3d and hdmi out AFAIK

Pretty much any Sense 3.6 ROM. There are tons floating around. Look around XDA for even more. For the Sprint ones, you'll have to fix MMS, but that is relatively simple. PM me if you need help with that.
