The Problem
Unable to change the Screen Lock delay in Swipe mode. Galaxy S2 in ICS carries the ability to delay the screen lock to a specific number of seconds before it is applied. This can help to get rid of that annoying all the time locking.
Solution
Change your Screen Lock type to PIN... enter a pin number and engage the lock. Now notice in the security screen the delay time option is visible.. Set to a value you prefer. Now go back the screen lock type and change it back to Swipe. Viola! Problem Solved!
