Root ICS - so where's the source files?

I've been checking htcdev daily for the ICS source for the TBolt to be released. I'm hoping/praying that there are still some developers interested in making a custom ROM once the source is released.

What's the timeline after the OS is pushed to phones before the source is released?

EDIT: Ok, clicking the link takes you to htc.com rather than the files. So go to http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/downloads and select the Thunderbolt from the Device drop-down.
