I recently tried to update my phone to the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 update. It download fine. I clicked the reboot and install button. The system resets normally and then the progress bar comes up. The progress bar starts moving then the screen changes to the icon of the Android mascot with an exclamation mark next to it.
It's stuck on this screen, so I then proceed to remove the battery. Now the phone won't start up and doesn't go past the "Google" logo screen. I tried to use the boot loader by pressing the volume up button and power button. No luck. Screen still gets stuck on the Google screen. I have even tried "heating the phone up with a blow drier method". Still no luck. I have taken out the battery and tried to restart it now for about the 10th time. Any help people or am I doomed?
