Help ICS update failed! What do I do?

It downloaded the entire update but when I try to install ICS, it goes to the install screen with the file picture and the bar moving at bottom till around 20% of it is done. Then the file picture changes to the triangle with exclamation point. Then when it restarts, it says the update failed.

Im rooted stock. I tried removing root with Rootkeeper. Then tried a factory reset. Then a factory reset where I downloaded Rootkeeper and removed root with it again.

It always fails. What do I do?

I really wish if people root they know what they're doing. A factory reset WILL NOT remove root. The only way that you will be able to OTA is if you flash back to stock with matts utility. But if you're going to do that you might as well just side load ics with the utility

Thanks for the sarcastic help. Well the help part anyway. Previous phones I rooted would just lose root when an OTA came out. The OTA still worked.

Well, with this you HAVE to do a temporary unroot and be sure you un freeze any apps you may have frozen. Google is your friend, this has been well discussed by people side loading it to get it early.
